Job Title: Senior Accountant
Location: Neenah, WI
Compensation: $60,000 - $68,000 annually
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file business and individual tax returns, leveraging a strong command of QuickBooks Desktop and Online.
- Manage year-end and quarterly workpapers, primarily utilizing QuickBooks, and potentially oversee compilations with comprehensive reports.
- Address payroll and sales tax compliance matters, ensuring accurate reporting and resolution.
- Engage with clients to convey complex tax and financial information in a clear and comprehensible manner.
- Employ knowledge of UltraTax and Thompson Reuters systems to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in tax accounting.
- CPA, EA, or MSA credentials are preferred.
- Proficient in QuickBooks Desktop and Online.
- Demonstrated experience in preparing business and individual tax returns.
- Strong understanding of payroll and sales tax compliance and reporting requirements.
