YOUR ROLE

Purpose Statement: Business Analysts deliver exceptional customer service by assisting clients in implementing technology solutions efficiently. They identify project requirements, communicate them effectively to stakeholders, and support end users in testing and deploying solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business partners to gather high-level requirements and assess business needs, translating them into documented business requirements. Assist in prioritization by providing cost and effort analysis. Manage demand priorities to align them with a process-focused functionality roadmap.
  • Act as a global team member within the overall application delivery process. Represent client interests by working closely with all IT teams (e.g., Infrastructure, Development, Support) to ensure that business requirements are comprehended and that solutions meet expectations.
  • Gain an understanding of business processes and systems for assigned client areas, serving as a liaison between IT, product teams, and the client.
  • Oversee and successfully execute high-complexity projects, occasionally guiding the direction of others. Assist in onboarding new Business Analysts. Consider enterprise-wide solutions and their implications.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience is required.
  • CBAP certification achieved or anticipated within the role.
  • Agile and Lean Six Sigma certifications are advantageous.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform key job responsibilities may be considered.
  • Experience in computing systems or IT support is highly desirable.

Work Environment:

  • Professional office setting with appropriate lighting, comfortable temperatures, and minimal noise. May involve extended periods of sitting at a desk, utilizing a computer, and operating other office equipment. Emphasis on maintaining good posture and ergonomic arrangements.
