Job Description

Restaurant Associates, a leading provider of dining and event catering services for top museums, performing arts centers, and corporations, seeks an experienced Chef de Cuisine to oversee the culinary quality, innovation, and experience of our operation.

This role is responsible for motivating, training, developing, and directing team members to deliver delicious, nutritious food, exceptional service, and accomplish daily goals and projects. The Chef de Cuisine will also oversee daily administrative and operational tasks, including financial management and analysis, sanitation, and safety.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for great food and hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate team members under pressure. A degree from a post-secondary culinary arts training program or comparable work experience is required.

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000-$95,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as excellent benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, holiday time off, associate shopping program, health and wellness programs, discount marketplace, identity theft protection, pet insurance, commuter benefits, employee assistance program, and flexible spending accounts.
