Job Responsibilities

We're searching for a skilled leader to direct our restaurant's daily operations. As an Executive Chef and Operations Manager, your key responsibilities will be:

  • Developing and implementing menus, recipes, and production plans.
  • Managing kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Coordinating logistics, inventory management, and supply chain optimization.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to safety and sanitation regulations.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in executive chef roles, preferably within high-volume restaurants or hotels.
  • Demonstrated expertise in menu planning, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
