Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to oversee the operations of our upscale Korean fine dining restaurant in New York. As the Executive Chef Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, smooth daily functions, and overall profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, including service standards, scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, train, and develop a diverse team of chefs, servers, and support staff to deliver excellent guest experiences.
  • Customer Service: Ensure the highest level of hospitality and guest satisfaction, with a focus on personalized, fine dining experiences.
  • Financial Management: Manage profit and loss statements, control expenses, and optimize revenue streams.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior leadership role within a fine dining restaurant.
  • Extensive knowledge of Korean cuisine and culture is required.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and profit and loss statements.
Salary and Benefits:

$120,000 per year plus benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, and employee discounts.
