Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at The Noel Company.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in data entry and filing, and have experience in construction administration.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and balancing schedules for the project management team
  • Assisting with new hire orientations and onboarding
  • Coordinating hotel and subsistence arrangements for traveling crews
  • Procuring submittals and billings
  • Sorting and distributing incoming mail and express envelopes

The successful candidate will be a team player with good communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

We offer a competitive hourly wage of $18-$22, paid time off, health insurance, and a 401K plan.
