Position Summary: This role is essential for overseeing the agency relationships within the Enterprise and driving new business sales growth across Personal and Commercial Lines. You will be responsible for meeting annual sales targets for your designated territory in alignment with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multi-line sales opportunities through proactive outreach, utilizing phone calls, webinars, and digital sales techniques.
- Collaborate with Field Territory Sales Managers to enhance agency relationships and optimize sales support based on agency models.
- Promote and align with the goals of each Profit Center, working closely with associates to assist in plan development and execution.
- Drive new business activity and ensure quality business is being written, maintaining accountability with agencies for their performance.
- Partner with Field Territory Sales Managers to create and implement a Territory Sales Plan, focusing on success with key agencies.
- Provide comprehensive training to agencies and new hires on products, procedures, and systems.
- Utilize CRM tools effectively, ensuring timely and detailed entries that adhere to established protocols.
- Conduct a required number of sales calls, employing a consultative sales approach to secure commitments and establish action plans.
- Analyze agency performance and market conditions, offering strategic solutions to enhance growth.
- Communicate the value proposition of our offerings clearly and effectively.
Qualifications:
We seek candidates with proven sales experience and a strong track record. A Bachelor's degree and prior experience in the insurance sector are preferred, though equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered. Proficiency in CRM software and corporate productivity tools is essential, along with excellent communication and presentation skills. Flexibility in scheduling is required.
