We are seeking a seasoned Talent Management professional to join our team as a Staff Vice President, Talent Performance and Leadership Succession. This key role will serve as a strategic partner and owner of critical talent processes, practices, and priorities, driving the development and movement of our talent across the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and guide a team focused on reviewing, updating, or redesigning Performance Management and Succession Planning practices and programs to ensure they are fit for purpose, relevant to the business, and consistent across the organization.
  • Provide leadership for and operationalize the talent review and succession planning process, identifying and assessing internal talent enterprise-wide, and consulting on development interventions and plans.
  • Design competency architectures and career paths, building frameworks and tools to organize and align roles across the organization.
  • Evaluate and track key metrics to influence talent management program direction, monitor business impact, and optimize organization effectiveness.
  • Manage key stakeholders, including HR leadership, HR colleagues, business, and executive leadership, and develop and implement change management strategies at all levels of the organization.
Requirements
  • 10 years of experience in talent management or organizational development, with experience leading performance management and talent review/succession planning processes in a global organization.
  • 5 years of managerial/people leadership experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in building a talent management organization.
  • Previous experience working with engineering leaders in an engineering-based organization.
  • HR Business Partner experience.
  • Workday experience and working with HR Operations/IT on Workday configuration.
