Senior Brand Strategist

Are you a highly motivated, passionate, and collaborative individual with a strong background in marketing and brand development?
We are seeking a Senior Brand Partner to join our team within Marketing to drive local marketing strategies and drive brand awareness, consideration, and strong reputation.
This role requires a balance of both strategic thinking, project management roadmap building as well as creative development and oversight of integrated teams that help deliver on brand and business objectives.
In this role, you will:
- Drive strategy - Collaborate and lead with internal and external partners to apply our strategy to market-specific plans.
- Partnership/Influence - Influence and guide cross-functional team members and stakeholders to develop and execute brand moments while driving integration across the enterprise organization.
- Project Manage - Manage a large volume of work across multi-markets and teams to ensure delivery of key deliverables.
Key responsibilities include:
- Drive our marketing strategy in key markets (NY, NJ, Pittsburgh, and Boston).
- Manage cross-functional teams to drive strategic marketing objectives.
- Project manage multiple workstreams to deliver on brand activations.
- Measure results and KPI to ensure strategic alignment.
- Clearly define and communicate the brand vision, drive alignment, engagement, and understanding with internal and external partners.
- Spearhead cross-channel integration to align all parties on strategy and to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience.
Qualifications include:
- Proven ability to integrate and deliver through large teams with strong partnering and influencing skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to develop and nurture relationships, influence key stakeholders, and resolve conflicts independently to mutually agreeable solutions.
- Expertise in leveraging data insights to tell a story and drive future strategy.
- Strong prioritization skills and ability to quickly re-prioritize in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with new program launches and development of go-to-market launch plans.
- Track record of developing creative solutions and strategies to address complex problems.
- Self-starter with strong attention to detail, high sense of urgency, and ability to work on multiple projects under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Computer proficiency, including MS Office (specifically PowerPoint and Excel).
- 8+ years in a corporate environment such as marketing, advertisement, communications, or corporate events.
- Financial/banking category experience a plus.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree Required or equivalent experience.

Monday-Friday 8-5 Hybrid In the Westwood MA office 3 days 2 days work from home
