Job Description

The Accounting Associate will play a critical role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring a smooth and organized operation of accounting processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze departmental expenses on a month-to-month basis
  • Utilize accounting software for efficient financial management
  • Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) to ensure accurate financial records
  • Manage and monitor AP and AR to maximize cash flow
  • Process daily accounts payable transactions
  • Implement and monitor internal controls to prevent errors and fraud
  • Carry out audit activities to ensure compliance with financial regulations
  • Assist with the budgeting process
  • Record routine journal entries and bank transactions
  • Conduct month-end closing and reconciliation
  • Respond to vendor and business partner inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Resolve disputes or discrepancies
  • Utilize the ERP system to manage financial data and generate reports
Requirements
  • Accounts Payable (AP) experience
  • Accounts Receivable (AR) experience
  • Accounting software proficiency
