Join Our Team as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

At ChildServe, we're dedicated to helping children with autism lead a great life through high-quality services. We're seeking a talented Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team and contribute to the growth of our autism programs.

About the Role

As a BCBA at ChildServe, you'll have the opportunity to work with a multi-disciplinary team to provide holistic care to children with autism. You'll collaborate with mental health therapists, social workers, and speech, occupational, and physical therapists to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments to inform treatment planning
  • Develop and monitor implementation of treatment plans that utilize evidence-based strategies
  • Provide supervision of experience for BCBA candidates pursuing certification
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement effective techniques across all environments
  • Provide training to staff and families on treatment plans and standardized training curricula

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

  • A Master's degree in a related field and BCBA certification
  • Successful completion of the BACB's Supervisor Training Curriculum (preferred)
  • Ability to communicate effectively in reading, writing, and speaking the English language
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and be mobile within the assigned work area
