Your Role:
The Property Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the leasing, maintenance, and overall presentation of AdventHealth's commercial properties. This position is essential in fostering outstanding customer service and maintaining respectful relationships across all stakeholders.

Utilizing the Assessing, Planning, Implementing, and Evaluating (APIE) Process, the Property Manager will ensure compliance with AdventHealth's Corporate Compliance Plan and all relevant regulations.

As a key point of contact, you will facilitate problem resolution regarding lease-related issues within medical practice locations, while also engaging with vendors, contractors, architects, and various departments to ensure seamless operations.

Value Addition:
- Serve as a liaison with external fair market valuators, providing necessary data for FMV analyses.
- Identify and recommend improvements for the accuracy of medical office leases and timeshares.
- Monitor lease renewals and expirations to mitigate risks and enhance performance.
- Explore opportunities for maximizing space utilization within leased properties.
- Negotiate and draft lease/timeshare agreements in compliance with all applicable laws and guidelines.
- Administer lease/timeshare contracts to uphold terms with landlords and tenants.

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- A minimum of three years of experience in commercial property management.
- Proficiency in lease negotiation, creation, and administration.
- Possession of a valid real estate license.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge and experience in medical real estate.
- Familiarity with commercial real estate income statements.
