Key Responsibilities
  • Appraisal Management: Oversee a network of Real Estate Appraisers, ensuring timely and accurate completion of appraisals.
  • Workflow Management: Develop and implement efficient workflow processes to streamline appraisal review and management.
  • Appraisal Review: Conduct limited-scope reviews of residential real estate appraisals to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Communication: Collaborate with appraisers, stakeholders, and other departments to address issues, provide feedback, and ensure seamless communication.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to Appraisal Independence Requirements and other applicable regulations throughout the appraisal process.
  • Market Trends: Stay up-to-date on market trends and conditions to provide informed guidance and recommendations.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 2+ years of general work experience required, Supervisory, Management, Logistics, Scheduling, Human Resources, Recruiting, or similar experience preferred.
  • Skills: Attention to detail, Interpersonal skills, Computer skills, Experience with CRM or similar system preferred.
  • Personal Qualities: Positive attitude, Flexibility, Team player, Leader, and willingness to contribute to the department.
