We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Sales Director to join our team at Ardán, Inc., A Community of Companies. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base across the country.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and development opportunities.

Requirements
