About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our Community Solutions sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for selling our state-of-the-art products and services to builders and property managers of multi-dwelling unit (MDU) communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell our products and services to MDU communities, including cable TV, Internet, and Voice services.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to identify new revenue-generating opportunities.
  • Negotiate rights of entry, bulk sales agreements, and competitive service agreements.
  • Anticipate and mitigate challenges for at-risk MDU accounts.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including Construction, Engineering, Sales Operations, Field Operations, Government Affairs, and Legal.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3+ years of related sales experience within cable TV, residential property management, or real estate development.
  • Experience with rights of entry/access, and FCC requirements for inside wiring rules.
  • Superb communication, contract negotiation, strategic planning, problem-solving, customer satisfaction, and active listening skills.
  • Ability to present technical concepts in understandable ways, sound judgment, motivated, results-driven, and work well under pressure.
  • Valid state driver's license and safe driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of cable, TV, Internet, and/or Voice products and services.
  • Experience using automated report applications (e.g. Salesforce CRM).
