Your Role:
The Property Manager plays a vital role in overseeing the leasing, maintenance, and overall presentation of AdventHealth's commercial properties. This position emphasizes outstanding customer service and the importance of maintaining respectful relationships with all stakeholders.

Utilizing the Assessing, Planning, Implementing, and Evaluating (APIE) Process, the Property Manager will ensure compliance with AdventHealth's Corporate Compliance Plan and adhere to all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison for resolving issues related to medical practice leases.
- Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and various departments to ensure seamless operations of medical office practices.
- Engage with external fair market valuators and provide necessary data for analyses.
- Identify opportunities for standardizing and enhancing the accuracy of lease agreements.
- Monitor lease renewals and expirations to mitigate risks and ensure optimal space utilization.
- Negotiate and draft lease agreements in compliance with all applicable laws and guidelines.

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- A minimum of three years of experience in commercial property management.
- Proficiency in lease negotiation, creation, and administration.
- Valid real estate license.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge and experience in medical real estate.
- Familiarity with commercial real estate income statements.
