Commercial Sales and Marketing Representative Business Development

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at SERVPRO of Indiana County/Ebensburg. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through effective sales and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas by executing the sales cycle, setting up closing appointments, and maintaining assigned contact lists.
- Participate in professional associations, host lunch-and-learns, meet-and-greets, and promote continuing education (CE) courses to build relationships and establish thought leadership in the industry.
- Meet sales objectives by maintaining existing customer relationships and building new customer relationships through rapport-building and educating potential clients on the value proposition of SERVPRO.
- Compile and maintain decision-maker information and identify top prospects to develop into trusted partnerships.
- Provide regular updates and insights to Owners and Sales and Marketing Managers through one-on-one meetings and closing appointments.
- Consistently achieve and exceed territory sales goals to increase revenue and drive business growth.
- A minimum of two years of progressively responsible business-to-business sales experience.
- A proven track record of sales and marketing experience within the service or trade sectors.
- A strong business and/or financial background with a process/results-driven attitude.
- Working knowledge of current business software technologies, including Salesforce Marketing.
- Ability to successfully pass a background and driver's license check, subject to applicable law.
- Experience in the commercial cleaning and restoration or insurance industry is a plus.
- A competitive base salary, with pay increases based on merit, plus an activity-based commission plan with no cap.
