- Boosting Joint Replacement sales by supporting sales teams and developing personal accounts through engagement with existing clients and the identification of new prospects to expand market reach.
- Engaging with current and prospective Joint Replacement customers on various topics, including product updates, portfolio changes, and educational initiatives.
- Enhancing sales skills and methodologies through coaching and mentorship from experienced Joint Replacement Sales Representatives and Managers.
- Bachelor's Degree OR
- Associate's degree or Medical Certification (e.g., CST, PT, CPT, etc.) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.
- High School Diploma with at least 4 years of related professional experience.
- A minimum of 4 years of active duty military service.
