Regional Sales Leader

The Regional Sales Leader will be responsible for steering the execution of sales strategies within the designated territory, ensuring alignment with the company's growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and develop your sales team with a focus on effective distribution management, ensuring optimal inventory levels and performance metrics are met.
- Market Presence: Enhance the visibility of the brand through strategic in-store initiatives, collaborative route planning with distribution partners, and continuous team development.
- Promotional Execution: Design and communicate clear expectations for all promotional activities at the retail level, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
- Training and Development: Conduct comprehensive training sessions aimed at maximizing team efficiency and effectiveness in trade practices.
- Performance Analysis: Utilize weekly performance reports to support the Regional Sales Manager in identifying growth opportunities and addressing voids in market presence.
- Incentive Design: Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to create incentive programs that align with budgetary constraints.
- Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key regional customers, ensuring effective communication regarding new product launches and performance tracking.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years in beverage sales, with proven experience in team management and distribution oversight.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of beverage sales dynamics, with a track record of exceeding volume targets.
- Professionalism: A commitment to upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a strong work ethic and a passion for brand development.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized and dependable, with the capability to prioritize multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with industry data analysis tools.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Ability to lift moderate loads and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
