Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Drive the profitable expansion of IDI's sales, focusing on both top-line and bottom-line growth.
- Customer Retention: Maintain existing customer relationships while cultivating new ones, ensuring profitable growth and outstanding service.
- Branch Oversight: Manage all aspects of branch operations, including safety protocols, inventory management, employee turnover, and retention.
- Team Development: Mentor and develop branch personnel, including sales staff, operations managers, and drivers, fostering a culture centered on customer service.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and corporate directives, implementing training programs focused on safety, customer service, and product knowledge.
- Financial Management: Conduct annual sales forecasting and budgeting, along with monthly P&L reviews in collaboration with the Regional Director.
- Inventory Control: Oversee inventory management, including turnover rates and regular inventory counts, while minimizing dead stock.
- Corporate Liaison: Act as the communication bridge between the branch and corporate office, executing all corporate directives effectively.
- Branch Presence: Maintain an active role in the branch's overall health and operational strength.
- Additional Duties: Perform other responsibilities as needed to support IDI's objectives.
