Continental Carbonic is on the lookout for a Regional Sales Executive to enhance our team.

The Regional Sales Executive (RSE) will oversee all sales and expansion efforts related to the dry ice sector within their designated region. This role requires collaboration across various departments to ensure the safe and dependable delivery of dry ice to our clientele. We seek a driven Sales Professional who can effectively communicate value and understands that success is a result of strategic efforts. This position also entails customer service responsibilities, including nurturing existing client relationships and cultivating new business opportunities while coordinating with other regions and business units.

Compensation: Competitive base salary with commission structure and vehicle allowance (On-Target Earnings exceeding $115k)

Territory: Home-based role covering the South Texas Market (San Antonio/Austin)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Achieve and surpass company goals for safety and profitable growth within the assigned territory.
  • Utilize software tools to initiate, track, and document outreach to potential business clients.
  • Prepare and deliver precise and timely reports.
  • Manage travel expenditures effectively while fulfilling personalized training requirements.
  • Adhere to corporate policies regarding safety, administration, and quality standards.
  • Draft quotes, proposals, and contracts for approval.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by gaining a comprehensive understanding of their business needs and fostering a consultative partnership.
  • Negotiate new agreements and renewals with clients.
  • Drive profitable business growth by collaborating with commercial teams, product management, and contract administration.
  • Manage customer feedback and insights from various organizational groups.
  • Facilitate communication and support between clients and Continental Carbonic.
  • Provide initial product and application support to clients and prospects.
  • Assist with accounts receivable as needed.
  • Promote additional offerings from Continental Carbonic during the sales process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve growth targets.
  • Ensure consistent communication with internal departments regarding customer success, opportunity details, and development processes.
  • Oversee contract lifecycles, including price evaluations and business reviews.
  • Support customer initiatives, new business development, contract negotiations, and service requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of opportunities, contacts, and sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and monitor competitive landscape by gathering market intelligence.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and facilitate introductions to relevant team members.
  • Submit comprehensive business proposals to the contract administration team for processing.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
