Management Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with HTLF's Talent Acquisition team to identify and hire the most qualified and talented individuals to fill open positions.
  • Performance Management: Provide information and ongoing feedback to department staff regarding expectations and performance, salary adjustments, and promotions.
  • Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve all performance concerns and issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years of business and commercial banking experience, with a focus on consultative selling, and 3+ years of supervisory experience.
  • Credentials: Proven ability to increase sales, experience managing a book of business, and strong working knowledge of CRM applications, preferably Salesforce.
