Job Title: VP of Business Development

At Access Dubuque, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced VP of Business Development to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships and relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and analysis.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.
  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve revenue growth and expansion targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to the business development team to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships and relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
