Department Insight:

The Global Time & Labor Management team is seeking a dynamic individual who excels in both personal and team performance while driving continuous improvement initiatives. This team is pivotal in ensuring compliance and accuracy in timecard management, adhering to both corporate policies and labor regulations. The role involves addressing ServiceNow tickets from various stakeholders, requiring adept research, analytical skills, and meticulous data entry to enhance labor processes.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Finance Coordination Specialist, your duties will encompass:
  • Delivering exceptional customer support through efficient and precise problem-solving.
  • Collaborating with Human Resources and Finance to interpret and apply relevant guidelines and policies.
  • Maintaining comprehensive documentation for all assigned processes.
  • Compiling and analyzing financial data for reporting and performance metrics.
  • Conducting regular accuracy checks to identify and rectify discrepancies.
  • Performing necessary calculations and data entry to support labor management functions.
  • Understanding and applying labor policies alongside Federal and State wage regulations.
  • Managing the calculation and processing of final pay for employee terminations.
Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
  • A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in a large corporate finance environment, particularly in Payroll or Time and Labor.
  • Proficiency in SAP, PRISM/Apex, or WorkDay, with a focus on Payroll or Timekeeping.
  • The flexibility to work outside of standard business hours as needed.
Educational Background:

Typically, candidates should hold an AA/AS degree or equivalent experience and certifications in lieu of a degree.

Immigration Status:

U.S. citizenship is required for access to the financial management system due to government contractual obligations.
