Job Description:


The Program Management Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for overseeing and directing the internal operations of the organization, as well as liaising with external stakeholders to address and resolve any challenges that may arise.

This role entails the responsibility of implementing a robust system for monitoring contract progress, ensuring timely completion, and fostering effective communication and collaboration with related contracts.

A key aspect of this position is to provide support to various operational units, which includes regular coordination through daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports and milestone tracking throughout the duration of projects.

Additionally, the Program Management Specialist will be tasked with the internal coordination of work requirements and the delegation of tasks within the organizational framework, while also evaluating and reporting on departmental performance in relation to program objectives.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the execution of contracts and proposals.
2. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and cost efficiency.
3. Collaborate with clients to uncover new opportunities and address issues throughout the program lifecycle.
4. Deliver concise updates to management regarding status, potential challenges, risks, and suggested actions.

5. Exhibit strong interpersonal skills, effectively communicating (both verbally and in writing) with clients, stakeholders, and all levels of management.

6. Balance program plans, risks, and opportunities with actionable strategies to fulfill budgetary requirements.
7. Facilitate meetings and reviews, ensuring all resulting action items are tracked to completion.

8. Manage multiple programs simultaneously, demonstrating the ability to multitask and provide daily status updates.

9. Uphold the highest standards of ethics and integrity.
10. Analyze problems logically to understand root causes, considering a wide range of relevant factors.

Required Qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
Must possess an active Secret clearance.

Preferred Skills:
Experience in customer liaison roles is preferred. The specialist will interact with and present proposed solutions and progress updates to senior client representatives.

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with others; exceptional customer relationship skills and a professional demeanor are essential.

Must be adaptable to support multiple initiatives, manage shifting priorities, and maintain professionalism in high-pressure environments.
