Revenue Manager

As a key member of the Sandpiper Property Management team, the Revenue Manager will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and optimizing property operations.
Reporting to the Director of Revenue Management, this individual will be responsible for assisting in the management of processes associated with demand, revenue, forecasting, opportunity analysis, and inventory management.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with executive leadership, regional teams, and property staff to achieve revenue and profit growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in updating, processing, generating, and distributing daily, weekly, and monthly revenue management reports in various RM systems.
- Work closely with the Director of Revenue Management to develop and implement revenue-generating strategies.
- Collaborate with the property team to identify opportunities for revenue growth and implement effective solutions.
