Job Title: Revenue Audit Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Audit Supervisor to join our team at Colonial Downs Group LLC. As a key member of our revenue audit team, you will be responsible for supervising policies, procedures, and regulations related to revenue and reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and review daily work generated by revenue auditors, ensuring compliance with minimum internal control standards and company policies.
  • Prepare journal entries necessary to book revenue to the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Investigate unusual occurrences and take appropriate action, maintaining confidentiality of all privileged information.
  • Supervise a team of auditors, conducting necessary reviews, discipline, and scheduling of team and duties.
  • Meet with departmental directors and managers as necessary, providing updates on revenue audit activities.

Requirements:

  • Three to five years' experience in an audit, accounting, or analytical position, preferably in a gaming or hospitality setting.
  • Strong proficiency in Word and Excel or equivalent applications, and menu-driven programs.
  • Competency demonstrated in leading the Revenue Audit team and assigned duties.
  • Maintaining interpersonal working relationships among all personnel.
