Business Development Manager

At Aramark, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic planning, relationship building, and sales execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage relationships with existing clients to support growth initiatives
- Upsell service solutions to target accounts to drive revenue growth
- Document client visits and develop action plans to address client needs
- Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement using sales automation tools
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or supervisory/leadership roles
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong organizational, time management, and leadership skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, customers, and support staff
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications
