Job Title: Sales Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven sales professional to join The Jefferson Hotel team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Qualify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, decision-makers, and referral sources to increase sales and revenue.
  • Conduct site inspections, on-site entertainment, and outside sales calls to close qualified perspective bookings.
  • Promptly input all sales activities and bookings into the sales system for a successful transfer to the events team, if applicable.
  • Exhibit exceptional guest services when in the public spaces of the hotel, during all client interactions, and when communicating with fellow hotel team members and vendor partners.
Requirements:
  • College degree; hospitality preferred, but not required.
  • Prior hotel experience; preferably recent experience at a luxury property.
  • Basic Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
