Job Summary:

At House of Blues, we're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences that leave a lasting impression. As a Guest Services Representative, you'll be the face of our brand, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and supported throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service to maintain customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Adapt to customer needs, ensuring they're understood and met with a personalized solution.
  • Collaborate with guests to provide information about services, amenities, and accommodations.
  • Assist with tasks assigned by the Guest Services Manager, including referring unresolved customer grievances to designated departments.
  • Support guests with any questions or needs, ensuring a seamless experience.
Requirements:
  • A keen sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacy to handle diverse customer interactions.
  • A strong sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs with precision.
  • Flexibility to work late hours and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • 3 years' experience interacting with people in a positive environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to lift or move up to 25 lbs. using proper lifting techniques.
  • Tolerance for diverse cultures, music, and art forms.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Cash handling experience and proficiency in recognizing valid IDs.
  • Experience working in a live music environment, with knowledge of metal detection equipment.
  • EMT or other medical background, with a focus on customer care.
Working Environment:

Our fast-paced, dynamic environment requires extended periods of standing and working on your feet. You'll need to be able to lift or move up to 25 lbs. using proper lifting techniques.
