  • Demonstrate strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Resolve guest issues with attentive service recovery strategies
Physical Requirements:
  • Capability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 10 lbs
  • Majority of the shift spent standing
Qualifications:

Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience:
  • Preferred: One year of experience in a hotel front desk role
  • Required: One year of experience in customer service or a guest-facing position
  • Proficient in using computers, particularly MS Suite-Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Familiarity with hotel OnQ PMS systems is advantageous
