Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service, courtesy, and attention to our guests
- Address guest inquiries and requests promptly and effectively
- Facilitate a smooth check-in and check-out experience for guests
- Answer incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency
- Demonstrate strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Resolve guest issues with attentive service recovery strategies
- Capability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 10 lbs
- Majority of the shift spent standing
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Preferred: One year of experience in a hotel front desk role
- Required: One year of experience in customer service or a guest-facing position
- Proficient in using computers, particularly MS Suite-Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Familiarity with hotel OnQ PMS systems is advantageous
