POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a Guest Services Associate, you will greet our visitors and, by recognizing their unique backgrounds and preferences, you will take ownership of their experience to create memorable moments that extend beyond their time with us.

COMPENSATION: $17.90 per hour

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Welcome guests warmly to the property, ensuring memorable service while anticipating their needs and addressing any concerns in line with our service standards.
  • Facilitate a smooth and professional experience by managing guest arrivals and departures, including check-ins and check-outs.
  • Enhance guest satisfaction by offering upgraded accommodations when available, adhering to established protocols.
  • Collaborate with Housekeeping and other departments to fulfill guest expectations and special requests.
  • Ensure accurate billing by processing payments, handling cash and credit transactions responsibly, and adhering to cash handling procedures.
  • Manage key control while upholding the security, privacy, and confidentiality of all guests, ensuring a relaxing experience from start to finish.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum of one (1) year of direct guest service experience.
  • Ability to perceive and respond to individual needs with calmness and professionalism.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as office equipment such as telephones and copiers.
  • Strong organizational skills to effectively manage time and meet deadlines, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening skills coupled with sound judgment.
  • Familiarity with room capacities and amenities.
  • Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
  • Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
