POSITION SUMMARY

Ensure effective communication by testing beepers and radios. Provide requested amenities such as rollaway beds and refrigerators to guest accommodations. Deliver additional towels, bathrobes, and various items to guest rooms. Supply complimentary toiletries including toothpaste, razors, and shampoo. Transport messages, mail, faxes, packages, flowers, and sundry items to guest rooms. Deliver rollaway beds, cribs, linens, toiletries, and other guest-requested items. May also deliver food, beverages, or other amenities and prepare orders for takeout.

Adhere to all company policies and procedures; report any accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management; maintain a clean and professional appearance; protect confidential information; safeguard company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests in accordance with company standards; anticipate and address service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; express genuine appreciation to guests. Communicate clearly and professionally with others. Foster positive working relationships; collaborate with team members to achieve common objectives. Comply with quality assurance standards and expectations. Read and verify information in various formats. Conduct visual inspections of tools and equipment to identify any defects. Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or throughout the entire shift. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance. Navigate through confined or elevated spaces, including stairs and service ramps. Reach overhead and below the knees, involving bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by Supervisors.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience: No related work experience required.

Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience necessary.

License or Certification: None required.
