THE ROLE:

As a Guest Services Associate, your primary responsibility will be to greet our visitors warmly. By understanding their unique backgrounds and preferences, you will take ownership of their experience, creating memorable moments that extend well beyond their visit.

COMPENSATION:

$17.90 per hour

YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Welcome guests to our establishment, providing exceptional service while anticipating their needs and addressing any concerns in accordance with our service standards.
  • Facilitate a smooth and professional experience for guests during check-ins and check-outs, including managing early and late arrivals.
  • Enhance guest satisfaction by offering upgraded accommodations when available, following established protocols.
  • Collaborate with Housekeeping and other departments to fulfill guest requests and expectations.
  • Accurately process charges and payments, ensuring all transactions are balanced and in compliance with cash handling procedures.
  • Manage key distribution while ensuring the security and privacy of all guests, delivering a seamless experience from start to finish.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Minimum of one year of direct guest service experience.
  • Ability to perceive and respond to individual needs with professionalism and composure.
  • Proficient in computer applications such as Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with office equipment.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage time effectively and meet deadlines, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening skills paired with sound judgment.
  • Knowledge of room capacities and amenities.
  • Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
  • Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
