Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Inside Sales team by executing essential backend operations.
  • Oversee inventory management and support procurement efforts.
  • Coordinate with the Inside Sales Team to review, label, and communicate orders for significant accounts.
  • Conduct on-site inventory audits utilizing company vehicles.
  • Maintain organized records of quality assurance documents, invoices, packing slips, and more.
  • Ensure accurate paperwork and process control for compliance with AS9120 standards.
  • Contribute to achieving sales objectives within the division.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of all operational functions within the division.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks effectively and work independently.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.

Work Schedule:

  • This is a full-time position (40 hours per week).
  • Standard working hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
