Volt is currently seeking a skilled Project Management Administrator for a prominent organization. This position is fully remote, but candidates should reside within a reasonable commuting distance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee multiple email accounts related to invoicing and company communications.
  • Maintain various spreadsheets containing consultant details, including Purchase Orders (POs), Resource numbers, and contract dates.
  • Handle Purchase Orders – including creation and retrieval.
  • Manage Accounts Payable processes – including invoice creation and retrieval.
  • Utilize SAP SuccessFactors for adding and managing contingent workers, terminations, and extensions.
  • Process access requests and perform lookups in IVANTI.
  • Administer PWA Timesheets, including vendor communications.
  • Prepare Accrual Sheets for invoicing and tracking hours worked.
  • Manage terminations in IVANTI, including documentation in shared folders.
  • Organize and manage folders in shared sites.
  • Input contracts and search for Statements of Work (SOWs) in CARS.
  • Conduct SEC reporting.
This role is full-time, requiring 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM PST. It is a temporary position intended to cover a leave of absence.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant administrative or project management experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
Compensation: $ /hr
**The offered pay range will depend on various factors, including education, experience, job location, specific duties, and certifications.
