Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with a proven track record in the electrical sector. This role demands significant experience in overseeing multi-million-dollar projects within both public and private domains. The Senior Project Manager will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects, ensuring alignment with our financial and growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all project activities, ensuring alignment with budgetary and quality standards.
  • Provide project management resources to facilitate successful project completion.
  • Monitor project budgets and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Interpret complex project plans and specifications, ensuring resource allocation for timely completion.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and correspondence.
  • Collaborate with field staff to prioritize job tasks and resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • Establish and track performance standards for project work.
  • Conduct regular inspections of project work to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Adhere to company project management procedures and cost accounting practices.
  • Prepare project expense budgets and revenue forecasts.
  • Provide technical guidance to clients and project teams.
  • Review project estimates and proposals.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and safety standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience in project management.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in the electrical industry, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Computer Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with project management software is preferred.
