The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the strategic planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects, ensuring alignment with the company's financial and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all project activities to achieve defined objectives, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Provide project management resources to ensure successful project completion.

  • Adhere to company project management procedures and accounting standards.
  • Prepare project budgets and forecasts for management review.
  • Provide technical guidance to clients and team members.
  • Review project estimates and proposals for accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience in project management.
  • A minimum of 8 years of project management experience in the electrical industry, with at least 4 years leading complex projects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
