Operations Manager/Sr. Manager, Strategic Accounts

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager/Sr. Manager, Strategic Accounts to join our team at Athelas. As a key member of our Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and process improvement across our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Standardize and Improve Internal and Client Operations: Develop and implement efficient processes to improve quality, reporting, and client satisfaction.
- Drive Client Growth: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and Standardize Internal Processes: Create and maintain standardized processes, reporting, training, and documentation to support our rapid growth.
- Ensure Efficient Execution: Oversee the timely execution of internal operations projects, from initiation to launch.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with key stakeholders, including Product, Engineering, Billing, Launcher, Account Management, and other Operations teams.
- Design and Implement Scalable Systems: Contribute to the development of systems and processes that facilitate scalability and efficiency.
- Break Down Complex Business Problems: Analyze and solve complex business challenges to drive business growth and improvement.
- Own Execution and Outcomes: Take ownership of project execution and outcomes, driving business metrics and process improvements.
- 4+ Years of Experience: Proven experience in consulting, investment banking, and/or operations at a fast-paced growth tech company.
- Data Analysis and Problem-Solving: Experience with data analysis and developing data-driven solutions to new challenges.
- SQL and Technical Skills: Familiarity with SQL and proficiency in using data to drive business decisions.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Proven leadership skills, with experience managing and delivering complex projects on-time and on-budget.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations and ability to drive business growth and improvement.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
