Position Overview:

The Senior Customer Success Manager for the Healthcare Sector is characterized by extensive expertise and a proven track record in sales performance.

This role is designated for managing significant, intricate, and high-profile healthcare accounts that are crucial to the organization's strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary Account Manager for approximately 20 key healthcare accounts, recognized for their strategic importance to the organization.
  • Formulate and implement strategies to optimize sales volume and profit margins within assigned accounts.
  • Maintain high-level executive relationships, emphasizing the strategic nature of the partnership.
  • Serve as the liaison between the organization and the customer, ensuring a seamless flow of communication.
  • Focus on expanding and retaining named accounts while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Although accountable for achieving sales quotas, success is measured through account penetration and balanced growth.
  • Operate independently while interfacing with all management levels to negotiate and influence consensus.
  • Present programs and initiatives both internally and externally, aligning with operational plans that support strategic objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 6-8+ years of demonstrated experience in sales account management, ideally within the Healthcare sector.
  • Proven ability to engage with partners at all organizational levels, particularly at the executive level.
  • Exceptional time management and analytical skills, with a strong sense of account ownership.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, complemented by excellent presentation skills.
  • Expertise in advanced sales techniques and business acumen.
  • Ability to develop and nurture long-lasting customer relationships.
