We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator, Scheduler, and Sales professional to join our team at CM Glass in Miami, FL.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative assistance and support to the team
- Manage schedules and coordinate appointments
- Handle phone calls and provide excellent customer service
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
- Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping
- Assist with sales and marketing efforts
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in customer service or sales a plus
