  • Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events, utilizing strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Develop and implement effective filing systems, ensuring easy access to information and minimizing paperwork.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, mailings, and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
