Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our office staff. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, clinical oversight, and scheduling services to our clients and caregivers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our office staff, including data entry, file maintenance, and record-keeping.
  • Assist in the scheduling of caregivers and clients, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Conduct employee and client file audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support the onboarding process for new caregivers, including training and orientation.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and other documents as needed.
  • Track and follow up on care notes and issues with direct care staff, reporting to management as necessary.
  • Prepare client and employee presentation documents and other materials as required.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of client and employee records.
Requirements
  • Highly developed time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize assignments and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and suggest solutions to issues.
  • Proficiency in Google Docs and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
