Position Overview

The Training Operations Assistant will collaborate closely with the Training Coordinator to oversee the daily functions of AED Institute.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and dismantle classrooms for internal training sessions.
  • Assist instructors by arranging necessary equipment for external training events.
  • Maintain accurate records and management of training supplies, including handbooks, digital products, and training equipment.
  • Ensure cleanliness and restocking of equipment upon return to the office.
  • Monitor course waitlists and follow up as new class slots become available.
  • Manually record attendees for all additional courses.
  • Procure HSI training materials and distribute certification cards based on site requirements.
  • Issue completion certificates and cards to participants after course fulfillment.
  • Synchronize class registrations from Enrollware to Quickbooks.
  • Support the Training Coordinator with various tasks, projects, and reports.
  • Track class registrations and cancel sessions when necessary.
  • Handle mail distribution.
  • Assign general office responsibilities.
  • Coordinate recognition for staff birthdays and anniversaries through email notifications or signed cards.
