What you will do:Assume branch manager responsibilities in their absence: Ensure smooth daily operations.
Champion a safety-oriented culture: Ensure that all employees comprehend and strictly follow safety protocols and procedures.
Ensure compliance: Adhere to audit procedures and regulations, including daily cash drawer maintenance and financial accounting.
Optimize warehouse and store layout: Enhance efficiency and schedule equipment maintenance.
Create and update work schedules: Review and approve hours worked by employees.
Provide training and support: Foster a customer-centric approach and exceed service expectations for all branch employees.
What you will bring:
Education: Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; can be substituted for related experience.
Experience: Previous operational experience, preferably in building materials, construction, or a related industry.
Language Skills: Spanish bilingual proficiency is a plus.
Leadership: Experience in supervising and leading others.
Logistics Knowledge: Knowledge and experience in exterior logistics.
Commitment: Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning, personal growth, and a dependable work ethic.
Pay Range:
USD $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 /Yr.
