Responsibilities:
* Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
* Analyze and optimize inventory management, including stock-in, turnover, and flow
* Implement and maintain loss prevention procedures to minimize unnecessary loss
* Ensure accurate and efficient inventory and cash handling procedures
* Manage payroll and scheduling to ensure optimal store coverage
* Process incoming and outgoing merchandise requests and shipments
* Monitor discretionary spend, including supply costs and expenses
* Maintain operational systems, including point of sale, Workday, and Powerbi
* Ensure compliance with company standards and policies
* Develop and implement training programs for store associates
* Foster a positive and inclusive work environment
Requirements:
* 3+ years of retail management experience
* Previous experience working with luxury brands in high-traffic locations
* Inventory, payroll, and expense management experience
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
