Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Relationship Associate to join our team at Zero Impact Solutions. As a Client Relationship Associate, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Communication: Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, establish relationships with potential clients, and provide regular updates on client accounts.
  • Needs Assessment: Identify client needs and provide solutions, analyze client feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and track client trends to report to management.
  • Account Management: Proactively provide regular status updates on client accounts, respond to client inquiries, and address any concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate and facilitate regular meetings with clients, advocate on behalf of the client to ensure satisfactory coordination between internal teams and external project stakeholders, and maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in client service, sales, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, proficient in prioritization, and ability to make informed judgment calls when necessary.
  • Software Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
