Client Service Representative Overview:

The representative will be responsible for monitoring and tracking orders to ensure timely delivery and uphold customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage key accounts by generating status reports for each customer, scheduling workflow processes, and communicating accurate delivery timelines.
2. Provide clients with regular updates on work in progress and status reports.
3. Coordinate the return of customer samples and remnants as necessary.
4. Collaborate with customers and testing laboratories to address and resolve complaints or issues.
5. Offer information to prospective customers through various communication channels.
6. Resolve discrepancies related to purchase orders, including quantity and specifications.
7. Direct qualified leads to the sales team for quotations.
8. Invoice completed orders and manage customer invoice disputes.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; A or BA/BS preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service.
- Background in aerospace or material testing is advantageous.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
- Proven success in customer service roles.
- Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.
- Proficiency in standard office software (Excel, Word, and Windows applications) is required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
- Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong multitasking abilities are necessary.
