Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for clients, managing a diverse portfolio of commercial, surety, and personal lines.
- Assist in the preparation and negotiation of renewal documents, ensuring comprehensive coverage.
- Maintain accurate client databases and records management.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client and account executive inquiries.
- Facilitate endorsements and policy modifications with insurance carriers.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
- Stay informed about current market trends and new insurance products.
- Prepare detailed quotations, coverage summaries, and proposals to enhance client understanding.
- Participate in agency training and meetings, adhering to attendance policies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required.
- A minimum of two years of experience in a similar role within retail insurance.
- Completion of relevant insurance designations is preferred.
- Possess a Fire & Casualty license.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing remote and in-office responsibilities.
Physical Demands:
