Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Environmental Compliance Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring that our projects adhere to environmental regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating the gathering of project-related information, which may involve research, consultations with regulatory bodies, and reviews of land use.
  • Conducting assessments of environmental impacts.
  • Preparing and analyzing technical documentation, including permit applications and environmental compliance reports.
  • Managing environmental compliance tasks to support overall project execution, including scope, timelines, and budgets.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including environmental scientists and design professionals.
  • Assisting in the acquisition and modification of necessary permits.
  • Establishing a compliance framework and coordinating tasks with project managers and technical staff.
  • Advising clients and project managers on compliance schedules and strategies.
  • Engaging with clients and regulatory representatives to ensure project success.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Biology, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in environmental compliance and technical documentation.
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • A commitment to safety and quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications:
Candidates with over 10 years of experience in environmental compliance and technical writing will be given preference.
